    Thanks for talking so candidly about such a very personal experience so that others can benefit from your knowledge. I found it somewhat hard to listen/watch at times, because some of the situations you shared were eerily similar to mine when I was caring for my folks in hospital. Whilst it’s not surprising that some of it’s similar, it’s actually frightening and angering to know that some of the same negligent and compassionless behavior exists in so many places. Thank god for those nurses and doctors and caregivers who really make a difference.

    It’s clear that you both did right by Miss Nancy. I hope I can be strong enough to do the same for my dad when it’s time. Although, to be honest, if I don’t he’ll probably find me after he’s gone and chew me out ;)
