Kelly Clinton on Talktails

We just learned that our very own Kelly Clinton has been nominated for BEST COMEDIAN (FEMALE) at the 2012 BroadwayWorld Las Vegas Awards.  This is for her work on Talktails!

As one of the funniest people I’ve met, Kelly is a great choice for this award.  Because this is richly deserved, please take about 5 minutes and vote for Kelly.  (The process is a bit of a hassle, but Kelly’s worth it. I promise.) She’s up against Rita Rudner and Carla Rae.  I’m sure they are both nice people, but are they a “kaleidoscope of talent”?!?!?

I think not!

Updated November 2012 VVN Schedule is Available

NewSchedulePage Our Schedule page was always a bit of a problem. The program we used to create the neat looking calendar didn’t handle scheduling exceptions very well. As a result, much of the info required our visitors to hover their mouse over a description for more details about dates and times. 

In a word, it sucked.

That, and with holidays fast approaching, I (Scott) decided to change the format of the Schedule page to be that of an accurate view of a single, current, month.

To that end, the November 2012 VVN schedule is now available.

America’s Got Talent Winner Michael Grimm on Vegas Video Network Tonight

When Candy asked that we get Michael Grimm as a guest on our network, little did we know how excited others would be. We’ve already received emails regarding his appearance TONIGHT on Talktails, many of which have a kind of giddy “I can’t believe I’ll get to ask him a question” vibe! Very cool.

We saw Michael as part of Frankie Moreno’s show at The Palms. Good God this guy can sing. Should be an outstanding show with great stories and some outstanding music.

LAS VEGAS, September 24, 2012 — The VEGAS VIDEO NETWORK®, the first and only live online broadcasting network in Las Vegas, today announced the addition of “The Odds Couple” to its network of live programming. The show will be hosted by professional sports bettor Scott Pritchard and headlining comedian Anthony Padilla live every FRIDAY at 12:00PM Pacific.

“With Las Vegas being the sports-betting capital of the world, The Odds Couple is a perfect fit for the network,” said Scott Whitney, founder of the VEGAS VIDEO NETWORK, “Scott and Anthony’s sports knowledge and sense of humor is going to make for a great show.”
